We look at our to-do list and what often happens...that one task, that's a bit scary, or hard, makes us sweat and groan - we put it off!

I want to introduce you to my FROG!
I actually have TWO!
Two slimy frogs and they visit every morning!
One is called EXERCISE and one is a BUSINESS TASK that I'd happily leave on the table to die a slow painful death - but it has to be done!
Why do I call them my frogs? Because they make me sweat (literally) and I think they're ugly!
But they are game changers in my life! So I EAT em up!!
There's a fantastic book by Brian Tracy that I read when I started my business - EAT THAT FROG.
Once I finished it, I've never deviated from his theory - I wake up and do those 2 ugly tasks first!
So how can you find YOUR FROG and cook em up early?
1. Review your day
2. Decide what tasks actually HAVE to be done
3. Identify YOUR FROG
4. Schedule it to be done as early as humanly possible!
Trust me - you're going to feel so incredibly successful and confident once you make this a habit!
Not to mention possibly healthier, richer, smarter, or even stronger - whatever it is, it's going to be a game changer!!!
