Oct 17, 2022

If you are looking for recipe ideas for the 4 Week Gut Protocol by Beachbody, I am sharing two of my favourite gluten and dairy free choices great for meal planning and a successful week.

What is the gut protocol?

This comprehensive nutrition program is designed to help promote overall gut health, as well as isolate the most common foods and ingredients that can cause gastric distress and undermine your health and well-being.

The goal of this program is to identify the foods that could be causing digestive issues and eliminate them in order to improve energy, immunity and so much more through rebalancing your gut microbiome.
