Pumpkin Protein Granola

We cannot keep this granola in the house.
It’s my Pumpkin Protein Granola — and it’s become famous in my circle. Everyone who’s tried it says the same thing: “This is the best granola I’ve ever had!”
The secret?
It’s not just delicious… it’s actually balanced.
Traditional granolas are loaded with sugar and carbs, but this version has:
✅ Protein to keep you full longer
✅ Fiber to support blood sugar and gut health
✅ That cozy crunch that makes it impossible to stop eating (I may or may not have eaten it straight from the bowl more than once…)
It’s amazing over Greek yogurt, sprinkled on a smoothie bowl, or just by the handful — I won’t judge.
RECIPE:
PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN GRANOLA 🤍🍂
- 3 cups of oats
- 2 cups of chopped nuts or seeds
- 2 scoops of vanilla triple boost hormone support protein (use Hello10 for $13CAN off)
- Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice measure with your heart
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp of vanilla
directions: preheat your oven to 325. Mix everything in a bowl until well combined. Spray a baking tray with cooking spray. Evenly spread your mixture and press down so it's super compact (very important). Bake for 40 minutes. Turn the oven down to 250 and bake for another 20 minutes. Let it cool COMPLETELY before you touch it!! Should be very golden brown.
