Module 2 – How to set up your Coach Online Office
OKAY, now let’s get your business started!!
You will have received an email immediately after signing up from Team Beachbody entitled “The First 30”. MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS EMAIL CAREFULLY.
How to set up your Coach Online Office:
(This is how you will track your PERSONAL and Customers orders and to see your Earnings)
Once you are SET UP on your Profile with your picture, with your payment info (EFT), CANADIAN COACHES need to fill out the following:

If you have been inspired and would like to get out there and HELP PEOPLE reach THEIR own health and fitness goals, while you continue on YOUR OWN journey, these are the next necessary steps!
Start SHARING YOUR JOURNEY! YES it’s that simple!! Here are some tips! -make sure you are in a Challenge Group { your coach will help you pick a program }
-Find your VOICE. What social media platform will you use as your PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY Partner? Where will you share? Facebook, Instagram?
-MAKE A COMMITMENT to post about your journey at the very least 2 times a day! Remember this doesn’t have to be more than sharing your life. This doesn’t have to be scary!
-Go through all our TRAINING STAGES!
What will you learn?
➡️The CORE values of our TEAM, and what we consider to be the most important steps to creating your best self. ➡️The ART of POSTING on SOCIAL MEDIA (if this is how you want to share your story) ➡️How you can get your SHAKEOLOGY/Supplements paid for each month ➡️How to SHARE, NOT SELL. ➡️How to take your business to the next level, earning income, and incentives like Trips, Swag, etc!
-Connect with your Coach via messenger, text, email communicate what you are hoping to achieve with this and we will direct you as to what action should be taken at this time.

Module 4 – Create Curiousity
RAISE CURIOSITY!!
If you publicly name the amazing workout program you use, or name the delicious superfoods shake you drink, your audience will go to Amazon and order it!!
SHARE what you are doing not what products you are using. And answer any questions in private messages where you can find out what their needs are; educate them on how this WILL help them, and then make sure you follow up on this conversation.
DO NOT SELL SHAKEOLOGY on your profile. SHOW THEM your new found energy; your glowing skin; your awesome transformation. INVITE them to learn more about what you are doing on your social media, and publicly and do this OFTEN, then take the conversation behind the scenes(messenger, phone, email) where you can LEARN about them and find out how this can be of value to them, and how you can be their support system!

You should have Beachbody All Access streaming as a working coach so you can see for yourself as well! You don’t need to complete each program – but peek at them as you need.
Beachbody on Demand gives you DETAILS for each workout – what’s included – what is needed etc – coachFAQ.com contains all the costs for each program – specials etc

ROOKIE MISTAKES TO AVOID AVOID AVOID
NEVER post corporate sales, products, or costs.
We are NOT sales people.
We show our lifestyles, our results, our ambition and inspiration — and we invite to Challenge Groups! And BEHIND THE SCENES (aka in private messages) we talk specifically about programs, costs, etc. AS we learn about the person we are trying to help. You cant help someone until you know WHY they need our products!
Module 7 – Pyramid Schemes, Tell Tale Signs
WHO SOMEONE SAY’S IT IS A PYRAMID SCHEME!
Here’s the LOW DOWN on what the term means.
They’re actually ILLEGAL – however beware – SOME MLM (multilevel marketing) companies are BORDERLINE red flagged.
Here’s how to tell:
(HUGE RED FLAG – massive upfront sign up fee – HUGE package to purchase – AND WORSE – a company that will not pay out commissions unless you’re purchasing an X amount per month usually on auto ship. They will literally WITH HOLD your earnings for not SPENDING) In Beachbody you can pay your $17 coach monthly fee and be INACTIVE (not retailing – not purchasing a thing) and STILL help someone and get your commission paid out the following week.
Just because there is a structure of a pyramid doesn’t make it a scheme.
Pyramid schemes are investment scams where you invest your money and get nothing in return.
Pyramid schemes may or may not have a product to sell, but if they do it generally has little or no value. Team Beachbody is based on delivering high-quality products to customers that produce life changing results.
Pyramid schemes often have inventory loading, where you are forced to purchase a lot of product up front. As a Coach you are not required to carry invently or forced to purchase products. Commissions can be made whether or not you purchase the product.
Pyramid schemes depend mostly (or entirely) on revenue from new enrollees. Our Company HIGHLY ENCOURAGES us to help people outside of our structure EVERY MONTH as we work to end the trend of obesity. The more people we help get started on their health and fitness journey each month, the better.
Pyramid schemes promise that one can earn income for merely recruiting (“you get there people, they each get three people, then they get three people”) As Coaches, we make absolutely ZERO money off of a Coach sign up fees. We receive no direct payment for recruiting.
Pyramid schemes are structured so people are unable to surpass top leaders. In our structure, it is possible for Coaches in the downline to earn more income and surpass the leadership level/rank of upline Coaches.
Other telltale signs to watch out for that could signal a pyramid scheme is large, quick income promises with little efforts or large start up fees and costs.
As with any business, there is usually some investment in starting your own business, but it is usually a small fee and that fee will often be subsided by the company with a focus on providing you product to use or demo.
Team Beachbody waives your Coach Enrollment at sign up if you choose to purchase a Challenge Pack or if you have in the past.
When in doubt about a company, check to make they comply with Direct Selling Association requirements and standards. Team Beachbody does and we also have a high reputation we uphold
Module 8 – Your First Customer
Once your customer has decided to join you and has purchased, it is SO important to guide them in the right way and making sure they have the best experience!!
Make sure your customer is plugged into a challenge group ( either your own or a group run by your upline)
If your customer has ordered something on HD(autoship) they will have another order arrive in 30 days. Make sure you are communicating with your customer as they are starting to use their products, helping them with finding their “MIXTURE,” and letting them know about shipments.
Anyone is eligible to get the 25% discount on products by signing up as a “COACH” just to receive the discount price. If your customer is liking their recurring products you should offer this “VIP” membership to them.
