I'm so excited, seriously there is no better time than right NOW to be the healthiest and happiest version of you.

First things first, my name's Michelle and I'm obsessed with helping women with their health, mindset and overall wellness. 

I'm a Health & Wellness Mentor, Mindset Junkie, Adoptive Mom, former Salon & Spa owner turned Health Consultant with a leading Health and Fitness Company.

And just to keep things REAL - I'm petrified of cats, LOVE turning supper into a night of Red Wine & Snacks and am a true introvert at heart!

I LOVE giving my clients TOOLS, IDEAS and STRATEGIES to become the healthiest, happiest and as successful as they desire!

For many years now, I've been focused on my Health and Wellness!
 
It started years ago when I had 80lbs to lose, and to be honest I was too intimated and embarrassed of my size to hit the gym or reach out for help. But I knew I NEEDED to lose weight, and luckily I found an incredible at-home solution that worked!
 
I loved the convenience and the fact that I could exercise on my time, in private, PLUS I got world class trainers, premium nutrition plans that helped me with my food choices, emotional eating and portion control, a modifier, workout calendar and simple instructions to follow!

But most of all I had SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY! It was the missing link all those years that I had tried and failed - I didn't have support, but this time I DID!
 
I'm happy to report, I shed those 80lbs and I've kept them OFF for years!
 
I'm healthier and happier now than I was in my 20s, and I have my Beachbody workouts, Shakeology and the Accountability I've received for over 7 years in my Community to thank for that. 
 
And now I help women find a sustainable lifestyle that's SIMPLE, COMFORTABLE and helps people see SUCCESS in all areas of their life! 
 
 
Here's how my {WHOLE}istic Mentorship works:

My Mentorship Group is focused on designing a Health and Wellness plan that is sustainable, enjoyable and something that creates an atmosphere of vitality and JOY when it comes to your body and confidence.
 
We're focusing on creating new habits around our food choices, what foods REALLY work for our bodies and of course learning how to LIVE LIFE without restriction!

Mindset is SO IMPORTANT and a huge focus. For me it truly was the missing piece for so many years. Once I learned some strategies to create a more elevated mindset, I was able to reach my goals effortlessly.
 
Movement is also important, we will decide together what suits you and your lifestyle the best, what you can commit to for your daily dose of energy boosting exercise.

Nutrition, Mindset + Movement - it's a trifecta that will bring you results.
 
1: We start by designing a lifestyle plan that is going to work for you! This will include a nutrition plan that suits your goals and your lifestyle. PLUS you'll have access to workouts and we'll choose them depending on your fitness level and goals you have in mind! The goal is to start creating habits that will spill over into other areas of your life.

Starting on Feb 7th I will be leading women through a brand new program called JOB 1. It's a 20 minutes a day/ 5 days a week program. This falls inline perfectly with my beliefs about exercise.
 
Combining strength training and cardio in short time increments is the absolute BEST for women who want to keep their hormones healthy and see incredible results!

2: We'll have a 1:1 Getting Started Zoom/or Phone call so we can create the best plan for you once you join my Mentorship - I want you to know you are never alone on this journey.
 
3: You'll start watching the 2B Mindset Nutrition Videos that are short but so effective! They will help you determine what WEIGHT LOSS Accelerating Foods are specifically for you, and help you dial in your eating habits to make sure you're set up for long term sustainable success.
 
4: I've also used Intermittent Fasting as a tool in my journey. Over the past few years I noticed my body wasn't feeling as good as I wanted it to feel. I was introduced to Gentle Intermittent Fasting + Balancing my Hormones, and it has been a game changer for me, helping me get rid of Bloating, Inflammation, Low Energy, and super Frustrating Weight Gain.
 
Because I had such incredible success with it, I created an Intermittent Fasting + Hormone Balancing Beginners Course that's included with your package - this isn't required to implement, but many of my clients have implemented it with incredible results!
 
5: You'll replace one meal or snack a day with our Superfood Shake, Shakeology. You can use it as a snack (that's what I do) or replace a meal. Many of my clients including my husband have it for breakfast every day. Setting them up for a healthy successful day!

I love it because it's been the ONLY thing that has helped me fight my CRAVINGS - I legit don't have them anymore!
 
6: You will be supported and kept accountable in my private mentorship group which is right inside of Beachbody On Demand. It’s free and this group is my FAVOURITE place to go to stay inspired, motivated, and helps me see I'm not in this alone, there are so many other people on the same journey to their best health and wellness.
