Easy Meal Prep Tips and a {free} Meal Plan!

Let me ask you a question:
Did you wake up today and say — today is the day!!
This week is GOING to be different!!

And I HOPE, all my fingers and toes crossed that you are feeling amazing, motivated and ready to just make today so positive....

BUT…I know some of you will have already given up on yourselves!
Hot Damn girl…don’t give up!!

The other thing I'm willing to bet is — you didn’t make a plan yesterday to get you set up for TODAY and this coming week.
AM-I RIGHT??

So first things first…stop being down on yourself because there's NO way you can succeed at this without a plan…there's just NO WAY!!

Here are some TIPS for you to make a successful plan…and friend, you don’t have to wait until next Monday!!

Make that plan right now…get your list ready…get to the store and get at it!!

This doesn’t have to be hard, but it WILL be the BIGGEST GAME changer on your quest for reaching your HAPPY + HEALTHY SELF!!
I promise!!!

Tip #1- If you FAIL TO PLAN - YOU'RE PLANNING TO FAIL!
I’m sorry I wish it wasn’t true…but it is!!

After YEARS of doing this, losing 80lbs…I STILL HAVE TO PLAN!

Listen I get it, you would way rather do something else on the weekend…it seems tedious and such a waste…you can remember this in your head…BUT YOU CAN’T --- because we just can’t!!!

We're busy…we're crazy busy, and we don’t need to try and plan our food in the mix…if we do, we end up leaving ourselves to the very last and grab the not so great choices, you know those kiddo scrapes....
Grilled Cheese crusts anyone...

Just MAKE A PLAN — or better yet GET A PLAN!!!

Tip #2 KEEP IT SIMPLE!
Seriously why do ya’ll try and be famous chefs all of a sudden when you want to get healthy??
I just don’t get it!!

SIMPLE SISTER —— SIMPLE!

Choose a breakfast and have that for a few weeks, snacks have about 3 favs and rotate them….think easy!!

-Carrots and Hummus
-Apple and some almonds
-Yogurt and some berries
-A BeachBar
-Shakeology Balls or Pudding
-Cucumber Boats

REALLY KEEP IT SO SIMPLE!

Tip #3 MAKE DOUBLE!
If you are going to get all Ina Garten on me(well a healthy version of Ina) PLEASE for the love of god make DOUBLE/TRIPLE!!!
So you can use that for your lunch or leftovers…

Give yourself a break and make MORE so it feeds you for a few meals!

Tip #4 PINTEREST!
OMG —- you just can’t fail when you have this in your life!!

Go there…search anything, any recipe or dish that you wish and plug in 2B mindset Lasagna, Portion Fix Chicken Nuggets, Whole 30 Chocolate Chip Cookies!!

Seriously ANYTHING is there…just put healthy in front of it and search, you will find it!!

And last but NOT LEAST I thought I would give you something today!!
