I read everyday.
Every. Single. Day I pick up a book. It would be fair to say that reading is one of my favourite past times and for good reason.
I can credit personal development books for a lot of the growth both personally and professionally that I have had since my early 20's.
Though I have read hundreds (yes, hundreds) of personal development books in my lifetime, there are a few (11 to be exact) that I hands down recommend to every network marketer or woman in business that I meet.
Here is my top 11 list of books for network marketing professionals
If you asked me what my favourite hobby is, hands down it’s READING!
I absolutely love cuddling up on the couch, red wine in hand, red hot fake flames crackling - reading!
Clearly this doesn’t happen often I know the Moms can relate, but when it does, I’m in HEAVEN!!
However being super busy with life, doesn’t stop me from reading for at the very least 15 mins a day, I've just got into the habit of fitting IT IN!
I’m always searching for more clarity, and confidence in my life no matter what I’m doing, books have always helped me grow!
At that time, I had a boss crazy enough to promote me to Manager at the Aveda Salon I was working at!
My LORD, trust me, I had NO CLUE how to lead a staff, let alone pay off my credit card balance at the time, I’m sure my parents thought “what’s this dude doing?”
Are you asking for the sale?
No but really... are you ASKING for the sale? If you had to ask yourself the question twice, your answer is probably no.
How many times do post on social media, thinking you are going to be flooded with messages because why wouldn't you... only to hear crickets?
So what is missing? CALL TO ACTION POSTS.
If you're not asking for the sale, you're not going to get it.
But what happens when we start to include call to actions on our posts? I can promise you that when done consistently, you will have people reaching out to you.

1. Present your Ideal Clients Problem
Agitate it! How is she currently feeling?
What is her struggle?
What is her biggest challenge right now?
GET INTO HER HEAD AND GET OUT OF YOURS!
2. Bridge the Gap
She is on the edge!...
Fact: The average person sees 1,300+ headlines each day on Social Media and dismisses 99.7% of them!
Are you part of the 99.7%?
To be completely honest, I actually have no idea if that's true, but it grabbed your attention didn’t it? The truth is, it literally takes a person one second to decide if you are worthy of their time.
So with that, let’s break down your social media posts so you can get more engagement, shall we?
The first step is your first line… the headline. And more specifically, headlines that stop the scroll!
First and foremost, ask yourself... are you talking directly to your ideal client? What are you saying to them?
Are you delivering some information they need?
Are you solving a problem for them?
Are you giving them some sort of benefit?
It has to be about them – not about you!
1. Make a promise and BE SPECIFIC
Last week I took to my Instagram Stories to talk about setting goals in our network marketing business.
As it turns out, most people didn't know where to start when it comes to crafting a vision. And even worse, some think that setting goals sets them up for failure in both their life and business... huh?
Truth be told, that was ME - for years I set the infamous “resolutions”, only to fail literally by the next week. Always the classic, “lose 15lbs, and by Thursday night I’d be fist deep into a bag of Cheetos...
So take it from me... someone who has been there, and done that but also someone who has mastered the art of goal setting without always seeing failure on the other end.
And thanks to all that goal setting, I now have a multiple 6 figure a year in my Network Marketing Business and Private Coaching Practice.

The age old question... how do I get more followers on Instagram? Facebook? In my Network Marketing Business?
The truth is, if you aren't expanding your audience, you don't have a business.
And if you don't have a business, you definitely will never see 6 figures. Guaranteed!
I know for some that is a tough pill to swallow. But sugar coating things doesn't help me and it sure as heck won't help you either.

I can admit it, I constantly have to reign myself in to get back to the things that will move my business and income forward!
The best advice I can give you is - make sure your income generating tasks are DONE FIRST!
Here's my truth, I LOVE learning. I love learning new techniques, trainings about social media that I can bring to my clients and team.
I REALLY love playing in Canva...like A LOT!
I love seeing what everyone else is up too...
BUT and it's a BIG OLE BUT - I have learned that if I don't do the things that are going to move the needle forward in my business FIRST - I will get lost in the tantalizing Social Media/Free Trainings/Canva Abyss only to return when I've lost a few hours and now have...
Serious question? And I need you to take 1 second away from SCROLLING and give this some serious THOUGHT!
If you SERIOUSLY CAN’T FIND YOUR PEOPLE and there are literally MILLIONS of people hanging out daily right here, you gotta problem!
Here’s my tips!
1- STOP comparing yourself to other people on social media for one hot second and ask yourself a few questions?
-What does my “person” want in their life?
-What are they afraid of?
-What keeps them up at night?
-What are they too afraid to admit that they want because they think they will fail?
NOW TALK TO THESE PEOPLE, create content that would interest them - stop doing what everyone else is doing, DIG YOUR HEELS into YOUR PERSON, GIVE them MASSIVE VALUE and watch “YOUR PEOPLE” come out of the woodwork!
2- Finding YOUR people is easy when you know who they are!
Go to ACCOUNTS where YOUR people would hang out? (hint accounts where you hang out is a good start)
I’ll admit they used to...
I know this is shocking BUT YOU DON’T HAVE TO FOLLOW THEIR RULES!!
Your UPLINE’s Rules!!
You are your own independent business owner - the blessing of Network Marketing is you don’t have to do it alone like most start up businesses out there and that’s amazing!
I support my tribe as best as I know how, but I don’t expect them to do what I do! I expect
them to have their own ideas, add their own creative flare and HECK disagree with me sometimes!
I expect them to fly the coop when they’re ready - I certainly hope our friendship is strong enough to always be partners and confidants - but I want them to become a leader of their own tribe and beat their own drum!
So if you don’t want to send COLD GROSS MESSAGES because it feels slimy - DON’T, I didn’t!!
